关于工作经验的问题

问这个问题比较早，不过还是想得到大家都答复，心里比较有底。

    我是边工作边申请，申请资料里如何体现自己的工作经验呢？要把自己的工作证等证件翻译后，在公证处公证寄去吗？另外我申请的学校会给我的工作单位发求证信件吗？（因为我不想让单位知道我申请留学 ，所以我比较担心这个问题）

   同时我只能找我过去的老师给我写推荐信，没有所在单位领导的推荐信，算不算是个硬伤呢？

your working experience can be showed in your resume and you needn't to offer any document for it.
seldom universitity will certify your working experience by contacting your present employer because credit is the most important thing and they believe you are honest enough.
it is OK that only teachers to write RL for u.

Just ask the school if you are uncertain.

Say if you go to a job interview and fill out the app form, you can actually request your interviewer NOT to contact your current employer. Based on that I wouldn't worry too much not having a rec letter from where you work now.
