confusion and hesitate

What is the purpose for MBA? why not PhD?
I have two masters in the fields of science and engineering. Do I really need a MBA to do the manager level work?

Does the rankings of MBA schools really matter? what is the difference of MBA of UCLA and Stanford or HBS?

As for the second question, it depends. You'd better ask yourself what's your ambition in the future.
