我觉得答案是b

因为C5,2=10再加上5=15>12

有人问过，说是答案是B，我觉得选A。

题意应该是：用一个字母或两个不同的字母作为代码，按字母顺序来表示参与者吧。

我是觉得2个字母的话，必然要比1个字母用的字母少。

P(X,2)=12， 得X=4
