可是我觉得应该选E 因为题目要求的是nonzero digits~~~如果p=80, q=8, p/q=10,不就符合题目的要求了?~~~

是不是我题目理解错了~~~~~

我觉得只是强调它的小数部分，当然你也可以认为decimal equivalent 也包含整数部分。恐怕这个问题要问英语好的啦。

选b,题目问p/q得结果是否是个有理数，（1）不充分，如p=10,q=3.(2)成立，任何大于8的数除8都是有理数。
