因为题目中说：如果对这个认识成熟，需要至少3年以上的时间

而调查表明，128人中，仅有17人在这些学校受教育达到3年以上

题目问削弱，B说这些人在入学前已经收到了1到2年的教育了

因此在这些学校的教育就没有必要非得是3年，

因此削弱了结论。
