29。说credit card公司给用户退钱的，如果amount of charge 大于2000小于等于5000，就退1％；如果大于5000，就退2％。现在有一人退了1.3％，问他的amount of charge 多少？

选项分别是：6000，7000，8000，10000，还有一个选项写机井的同志说他忘了。
