“数据表明B生产的X下降。”应该是B的组装工人数下降，加上“效率不提高”这个条件才能推出结论的成立。

我是把assembler看成了assemble呢。

2）B地电视年销量不变（the number of televisions sold annually in Borodia has not changed）
3）B地电视组装工人的数量下降了 （a drop in the number of television assemblers in Borodia）
结论：
B地一年从V地进口的电视数量增加（the number of televisions Borodia imports annually from Vernland has increased）

assumption属于演绎题型的一种, 结论是待评论的。怎样能够得出结论呢？结合论据2）电视总销量不变，如果B地自己组装的电视数量下降，就能得到结论：进口电视数量增加。怎样能得到结论2）B地自己组装的电视数量下降呢？仅靠题干的论据1）（无关）和3）B地组装电视的工人少了（不充分）是得不到这个结论的，因此结论和论据之间有gap，找到能够消除gap的选项就是正确选项。
