请教general management 方向的教育是否以培养领导为目的。那么是否其课程面广而不专？

不过MBA课程都不是specialized，不像那些专业硕士的课程。

I think it all depends on yourself.

in fact the first year is almost the same to everyone in every concentration.

but the difference of second year is about elective. if you want to emphasize on one area, you can select the courses in that area.

whether GM is suitable for CEO, depends on your background.
