D选项有两个主要问题，
第一，就像OG提到的，with是否是清楚的修饰French ， 到底是with English, Spanish??还是with English, Spanish, and Italian words ???

第二，我个人以为也是很重要的语法错误，having been added 不能作定语修饰 words，

完全是语法错误。感觉官方出的题真是没得说，但是官方的解释就差强人意了。说不到点上
