这种句式是可以允许的，而且有它的优势所在。因为不定式太长，要放在中间的话反倒是阻碍了比较对象的比较关系。

而这种把比较对象紧密联结的做法又常见又是非常有效地避免歧义的好方法。

对了，你不是认为as XX中的XX与前面的XXX和XXXV有关系吧。。。它是介宾，只与who发生关系。

楼上mm提到的是省略问题。

省略的关键不是有固定模式决定哪里省哪里不省，

而是不造成歧义为标准。窃以为在上文中省略be动词不会造成歧义。

偶有一问题,Rather than可以放在句首.我觉得rather than会不会和similar to这类词一样不可以放在句首呢??麻烦指点一下.

rather than 可以放句首，不过不定式的to要省去。但是很少看见这马用的

simiar to 是不能放句首的，一放就错，可以判断。
