为我们怎么解释。

解释的方向，我觉得要说明新车没有起到减少污染的作用，e对。

而a里面，说了汽车的制造年份，整个跟汽车的减少污染作用没有关系，mm觉得a对，是你自己假设了这些年份制造的汽车减少污染作用不好，有个gap，是无关的。

文中说, converters从1993年对所有的新车已经是必须的装备了.这里我觉得车的新旧跟使用开始时间有关,跟制造年份是没有关系的 .比如,92年造的,今年卖了,我还是说这个是旧款的新车
