E: as part of a deal 是状语, 修饰动词purchase的. Purchase只是deal的一部分

还有一大堆的烂事, 比如SEC filing, FCC approving, Closing等等.

后面再来一个名词,这个名词使用that修饰还是直接加分词我老错.我感觉我越错它出现

的次数越多.敢情它还有记录的呢.
