居民收入增长数=新增工作数乘以工资-减少的工作乘以其工资 所以减少的工作的工资有决定作用

但是居民收入上涨一定能说明平均工资上升吗

我这样理解：总工资/总工作数为原本的平均工资，现在的平均工资为

总工资+居民收入增长数/（总工作数+新增工作数-减少的工作数）

所以单从式子来看，必须使居民收入增长数足够大，或者工作数的上涨较小，要么就是两者间一定比例，使后者大于前者，但文中对这个是模糊处理的

所一一个理解，average paycheck分母上是人数，则可确定，因为city的人数不变，而居民收入却是上涨的，那么人头平均工资数自然上升，欢迎讨论
