答案A没问题。 E的问题是不是出在没有指明是谁的销售上升了,是参加培训的还是没参加培训的。

若把E改为 since 1987, sales of vacuum cleaners of companies whose employees attended consultant-led seminars have risen twenty percent 就能削弱结论了?

Not necessarily.  You still need to compare it with the revenues of the companies that did not send employees to those seminars.  Those companies could have a 40% raise.
