首先这是个evaluate题，思路是“即要回答新方法为什么好也要说旧方法为什么不如新方法”
首先排除AE 这两选项没有将两者进行比较

接着看BCD 题目可以简写为：
虽然新方法比旧方法贵2倍，但新方法比旧方法还是要节省病人开支(cost-effective)。这由于新方法缩短了手术及恢复时间，并且效果更持久，所以节省了（病人）需要住院治疗的时间。

所以比较新旧方法的关键是看选项中是否对“时间”有说明 所以选C

之前还在纠结者B还是C的问题.现在觉得有点转过来了, 这个问题的重点是:新方法的cost-saving体现在耐用,减少了重复手术.  
B是比较干扰我的一个选项.B的意思是随着这项新技术的引入, 这个新的手术的材料成本的减少金额. 注意! 这完全是irrelevant选项.

成本包括了：手术成本、恢复时间、和“further hospital stays”这三项，每“repeat surgery（重复手术）”一次以上三项成本都要重复一次。新方法在以上三项成本都比旧方法低的情况下，只要新方法在“重复手术”的次数要求上也比旧方法少，那么新方法的总成本就一定比旧方法低了！
