My question is, what wrong with option C?

hopefully有两个意思，一个意思是：愿望中的。一个意思是希望达到的。而在GMAT中一般不能出现有两个意思的词。可能你会说很多词都有很多意思。那么就请记住吧，在以后的语法中，碰见hopefully,就肯定错。应该用it is hoped来代替。因此不选C。不知满意不？
