我10月21号考的，等到12月7号写信给ets询问为何还没有收到，三天后他们回复说Your October 21, 2005 GMAT examinee score report was mailed on October 26, 2005 to the address you provided. In response to a previous inquiry from you, we mailed a duplicate examinee score report on October 28, 2005, free of charge, to you at...。and要求我寄给他们$28才重新给我邮寄。 但是我从没有在这之前联系过他们呀,并且他们给我邮寄的地址是不全的，但是我在考试当天就补全了呀，为什么还是以前在网上报名写的那个？又写信过去问，解释这是我第一次要求他们重新寄，duplicate一定还在他们那里，又重新写了地址，结果他们回信中只保留了我第一封信（其他信都没有附上）说Our records indicate that we have already communicated with you concerning this matter. If we can be of assistance to you in any other way, please feel free to contact us. 大家又遇到这种情况吗？我该怎么办呀？不要正式成绩单行吗？$28也太贵了！顺便问一下ets给寄的是平信还是特快？
