选C吧，并列 ...is not that it takes...but rather that it is...

还可以通过 not...but...排除，另外as后只能跟句子，like用于比较，不能连接句子。

有点不太明白，否定的宾语从句（这里that是引导宾语从句吧？），否定词是放在从句以

外还是跟在从句中谓语之后？请指点！！
