base..on后面加名词或名词性质的动名词

要一定用comparing的话，也是base on the comparing...（the comparing才是名词性质，而单单一个comparing是动词性质），但是因为已经现成有comparison这个词，所以就不用the comparing了

是，running在这里是动名词，也就是当作一个名词来使用
