For a doctor, you lack academic achievement--which is usually true in
China.
For a man in your age (I presume), you lack career achievement.
You spent about ten years focusing EE in campus, yet after two years'
working, you lost your interest, which is hard to explain.
From what you said, I see nothing really challenging against your younger
competitors for MBA.
You can always try, but I wouldn't suggest so.
Besides, in your case, I can hardly imagine you are facing a bottleneck.
The second year is just the beginning for your company to discover and
appreciate your value. There is no point to feel desperate.
You're "性格外向，擅长与人打交道，英文口语较流利", so it'll be much easier
and more practical for you to switch career inside the company.
Few years later, with successful working experience, you can consider
EMBA, if you want.
