没有关系。

商学院寻找的是有leadership potential的人，而不是仅有leaderhsip position的人。

managers or senior leaders after MBA, so do not worry about

whether you are a manager before applying the MBA. Many of

applicants who were admitted by TOP MBA were not managers before

the MBA.
