hundredths digit ，tenths digit ，thousandths digit 是个十百千的意思，放在小数点后面就是倒着的

你假设一个小数是0.007

0.007×10=0.07 即小数点十位是7>5

0.007/10=0.0007 小数点千位7>5

条件1 条件2分别成立 所以选D

十分位和千分位的意思吧

做题的时候以为是百位，十位和千位了
