you have no concept yet, on the test day, you have the right to take 4 or 5 (depends on the test you take, GMAT offers 5 free score reports, and TOEFL offers 4) school to which ETS will send the score after it processes your test. the report is considered the same official report as additional ones you require after test date, and those schools keep the either official report from free or additional and assess your application after you submit to them. it is your right to pick whichever test score of TOEFL to schools you apply. in the GMAT case, however, the ETS report the 3 latest test (applicable to multi-test taker) to schools you choose, you have no way to decide which score you want to be reported. don't worry here, anyway, most schools declare that they use the highest one, and some waive the right and give you to make the decision (e.g UCLA), sounds great?
Don't judge too quickly, no way to think that the ETS gang up with schools to rip off your money. |
