如果C取非，也就是说这些人在选读这些Courses之前已经比另外的人少了犯罪的念头了~那么这样就对题目里面说是因为上了那些course而导致他们更少犯罪起了削弱作用，所以不存在这样的情况是这个argument的assumption.
