工作年限多是不是不好?

已经工作5年了，而且都是在一家公司，虽然是业内老大，F500里的，在公司内部接触的不同职能也比较多，而且有海外培训的经历。如果再干两年申请的话，是不是工作年头太多反而不好呢？

没有什么，我知道有工作7年甚至9年后成功申请top MBA的。我觉得申请MBA的关键不在于你工作的年限，而在于你工作的质量，你从工作中经历了什么，学到了什么。

It depends on your future career focus. If you want to go investment banking, suggest you apply as early as possible, as IB demands tremendous physical energy.

Today, more and more schools prefer to younger applicants, because many recruiters want to hire MBA's to do entry-level jobs. If you are very experienced and you want to compete with much younger schoolmates, you are at disadvantage.
