那么只有可能出现最多6分的情况，最少呢？

这时候我们稍微组合一下就可以知道最少只有可能到5分。

条件一，承包商共收取了288元；

条件二，承包商共收取了2.4r元。

条件一，如果r=144，则只用了9小时。只有条件一不充分！

条件二，2.4r=r+7*0.2r，则用了超过10小时。只有条件二就充分了。

那么MIN就是3.
