【思路】：40=2^3 *5,
2的幂最多


完全没看懂题干到底说的是什么，到底什么叫做the greatest nonnegative n of x啊？？抓狂啊抓狂。。。

我也没做过这样的题目，幸好前人有经验。

2-height 就是把一个整数分解成质数的乘积，其中2的幂就是2-height 的值。

12=2^2*3
40=2^3 *5
76=2^2*19
90=2*3^2*5
C项40里面2的幂最多。
