Do I need to meet the admission director?

hi, I got a letter and email from the director of admission of Notre Dame University to ask me to meet with him when he visited my city ( I am in the US right now). However, I did not apply for this universtiy, how could he get my information and wanna meet with me? Do I need to meet him? Notre Dame is not a BAD university....anyway, I will appreciate it if anyone could give me some suggestion. Thanks.

Meet him if your oral English is strong, especially you don't want to apply to this school. At least, you can take it as an opportunity to practice.
