这种题目一直是我的死穴来的。B选项貌似是Ronald的Point。所以，其实该题意思是Mark如何解读Ronald的意见么？

Mark has interpreted Ronald’s statement to mean that，到底是Mark mean 还是Ronald mean 呢

Ronald说：housing prices should not increase during the next six

months unless interest rates drop significantly （必要条件）

有两种解释：

#1： 如果利率没有大幅下调，房价就不会上涨

#2：如果房价上涨了，那么利率一定大幅下调了。

Mark理解成：如果利率大幅下调了，房价一定上涨，这是充分条件，和必要

条件不一样。
答案A才是和Ronald说的一样的，都是必要条件。
