举个例子 ：  如果好好复习，每个人都有机会考700+， 某人已经好好复习n个月了， 因此， 某人有机会考700+

某人已经好好复习n个月了 这句的作用和本题第一段黑体作用一样  

如果好好复习，每个人都有机会考700+  这句跟本题最后since那句的作用一样

正如楼上说的那样，这题的第一个BF明显是给conclusion提供支持的，楼主试一下有了这一点，结论是不是成立就知道了；第二个BF就是conclusion了，因为前面很明显地说了：whether it can be CONCLUDED that....所以是try to identify the CONTENT of the conclusion.
