这里考点并不是看twice要如何搭配问题而仅是单纯的句意表示２倍的意思．．

至少我的答案是B，而且其他的选项也有问题，

所以我就很迷惑，到底这里的twice that这样用行不行

that不应该指代其后的内容,应该指代469,000.作者就是想告诉你在1939年的数量是这个数字的两倍.

我觉得 这里之所以没有用twice the trucks 或者twice the number of trucks

是因为trucks修饰语太长－－－tucks alone came off the assembly lines

that指代其后的内容，这样看来 应该还是twice the + n.的形式
