一个语法规则疑问

这个题目杀法有很多种，首先用单复数可以杀a，b，c。万一您不知道dioxins是复数还是专有名词，还有办法，就是看主谓一致。可以看出，a，b，c都把它看成不可数名词，对应他的谓语are，可杀。

再看看d，e选项，由于and后面有一个完整的句子，用句子结构可以杀d，and后面要么跟that North Americans要么不要and。

现在兄弟我的疑问是，在石林语法讲过一个原则，adj加名词由于名词加that。。。

请问然后再遇到这种结构，可以直接使用，把D杀掉吗？

are 是在说North American 而不是指dioxins

你说的原则是 adj+N = N that are adj, 这个是有效性的问题, 不是准确性问题,

所以不能拿来一下子砍掉, 只能说再看别的考点.

没看明白问题.... 什么叫adj加名词由于名次加that?
