One of 后＋谓语动词（Vt)单数还是复数要根据如下情况:

one of + 名词复数＋Vt单数－－－－－－－－－Vt动作的发出者是one，当然是单数

one of + 名词复数+ that+Vt复数－－－－－－－这个Vt动作的发出者是that，that就近修饰名词复数，故Vt是单数格式
