(1) In the survey, 36 percent of the men and 50 percent of the women said that they considered engaging in research an essential goal.

 

(2) In the survey, 288 men said that they considered engaging in research an essential goal.

【思路】(1) total（1400) x =588(參加人數） , 588 x women比例（ )=參加女人的比例 , 充份

 

(2)原題問surveyed werer women , 包含 engage 和 not engage , so we only can get engage women , 不充份

 

按照这个逻辑，那a答案也不对阿，算出来的也只是engage的women数，没有engage的women还是不知道啊，难道我想多了？小女数学不好，麻烦各位nn.

(1) (36%*x+50%y)/1400=42%, x+y=1400

so, 0.36x+0.50y=0.42x+0.42y

    0.06x=0.08y

    x=800, y=600

我觉得楼主说的有道理, 要么应该是D, 要么是E.
不应该A 对而B 不对. 因为A 里也只是说了50%考虑engaging in research an essential goal. 但我们并不知道

有多少WOMEN WERE SURVEYED.
不知道我的想法对不对

我明白你的意思,你是说50%的女性是总人数的50%?我怎么理解的是42%里的50%?
