请NN及好心人帮助看看，虽然E选项的错误比较明显（have ... in number 啰嗦），但是D选项似乎也不对吧（我觉得has grown 和has reached并列，那么第二个has应该省略呀？）请NN给讲讲D为什么正确，谢谢！

个人觉得D是完全正确的啊。and前后就是要形式功能对称，have done and have done对称得多好啊。严格说来have是不能省略的吧。

谢谢解答，但是我好像记得PREP中说过功能相同的情况下是可以省略的。记忆有点模糊。

对省略我也很迷糊，汗一个。翻了一下书，确实可以省略助动词，有have done and done的用法（先认个错）。我实在不太清楚要求形式对称和可以省略这两个规则孰轻孰重，不过至少有一点：可以省略不代表不省略就是错的吧？

这道题为什么不能选B？

我理解正确选项，enrollment: the number of students in public schools has grown steadily since the mid-1980’s and, at nearly 47 million, has reached.非常工整，没有什么挑剔的。

我也隐约认为B的错误就是不能用with引导的独立主格结构，因为，独立主格由于是起状语的作用，修饰主句的谓语动词，因而其逻辑主语应当是主句主语，increase in state education spending。如果用with的话，从逻辑上不通。

请NN具体给讲解一下B的错误，谢啦！
