E选项说的是孩子会给老年人补助，但是只补助到能维持他们舒适生活。比如说原来政府补助老人50元，舒适生活标准100元，那么小孩就会补助50元。现在政府补助提高到70元，那么小孩则只会补助30元。所以老人生活最终还是没有变好。
