关于申请轮次和面试的问题[求助]

我最大的问题是听力口语不行，日常生活还凑合，但对付面试还差得远，于是有一个申请的想法，不知道是否可行：
第一批deadline（即11月1日左右）前申请二流保底学校，锻炼面试能力，提高申请材料质量，如果失败也不可惜；2，第二批deadline（1月1日前后）前申请一流名校，由于有一轮的经验，这时会自信一些，面试水平提高，抓住机会的能力更强。

对於大部分学校来说，第一轮和第二轮相差不是太大。其实，有很多好的学校的面试是by invitation only的，所以实际的面试应该会在11月下旬或者12月，甚至一月。而有些学校的面试则是自己要求的，你也可以考虑申请好学校的第一轮，然后找一些二流学校的面试来练习一下，如果第一轮的学校邀请你面试的话，你也已经有一些经验了。仅供参考。

according to my knowledge, sometime you misunderstand the purpose of interview. i don't think my oral E is good enough, but when you discuss something you are familiar with, you can have more confidence and make strong impression on others. so, in my opinion, you can practice your oral E as well as prepare your application package. more important, focus more on your content than the grammer when you prepare for you interview.
