解释说handicap与work against有语意上的重复。我觉得这个说法值得推敲。handicap这里是指的有不利条件的women，against the ground of的意思是格格不入，违反意愿。整句话的意思是那些有不利条件的我们不得不工作去打破传统的偏见，进入man'WORLD,两者表示的是不一样的意思，哪有语意重复可言？
PS 我知道这里的HAVE HAS IS TO WORK错了，想问上面的内容

D选项，the handicap women of science have had is to work中，the handicap 是名词，做了主语，而women of science have had成了修饰部分。这是最关键的错误，这样不仅改变了句意，把women have to work 变成了the handicap is to work。而且与前面的unlike men of science 的比较对象不一致。

the handicap（ women of science have had） is to work against，这句话翻译过来应该是‘科学界的女性所拥有的阻碍是去打破。。。’不是有‘不利条件的women’，这里没有“不得不”的意思吧，不是had to，这里是is to work，表目的了.
原文的意思是科学界的女性，不像***，她们不得不去打破。。。并没有说她们的阻碍是为了去打破。
另外D的最大问题，是handicap和men of science不平行对称，这两个逻辑上完全不能用来作比较。
