答案是D，这个我可以理解，但是OG中对B的解释是这样的：Increasing the number of bus trips on routes that connect to subways would be likely to lead to more people to ride subways.为什么提高了the number of bus trip反而导致更多人坐地铁啊？（对题目本身和答案没有不理解的，就是想把这个解释的逻辑搞明白，求指教~）

看来，你并没有读懂这道题目想说啥
本题要解决Crowding拥挤，要么增加车，要么关注拥挤的时间点；
你的思路只聚焦增加车上了，所以就钻在B项上，拔不出来
可是题干中说了，车增加的没人增加的快，所以B是不对的
D项是聚焦在 off-peak hours时间，所以增加很少的车就解决了Crowding

楼主：增加的不是可替代subway的bus trip service，而是bus trips on the route that CONNECT to subways。
请注意大写的CONNECT。

首先，D肯定更符合加强的需求。

但个人以为B也是可以说得通的，增加了bus trips（频次），可以理解为滞留在车站上的人就少了，而增加bus lines（线路）到有可能导致乘地铁的人更多，但其实也未必，也许新增的线路还导致分流了可以选择换乘的人员，这个有不确定性。

个人觉得，有不少逻辑题，出题者的考虑未必很严密，至少大家对一些常识的理解并不完全相同。不过在考试时，时间很紧，我们挑出相对最合理的即可，没必要跟GMAT老头较真。
