不是建筑材料就能推出不是特别订的？未必吧。。。

这题我想明白了。。。

分析：周五没发建筑材料（但不排除发别的）。上周发的5个特别订购的都是周四发的（上周只发了5个），都是建筑材料。到TC的4个都不是建筑材料。
A．    上周发的所有的都是特别订购的。（胡扯）
B．    周五发的都不是到TC的。（不知道）
C．    上周发到TC的都不是特别订货的。（确定，因为特别订货的都是建筑材料，
而到TC的4个都不是建筑材料。）
D．    周四发的没有发到TC的。（不知道，虽然我们知道5个特别订货的都是周

四发的，但我们不知道周四是否还发了别的）
E．    所有的建筑材料都是周四发的。（不知道）
