The meaning is different.
First, the deal is used to summarize the whole action "it will purchase the color-printing division of a rival company for $950 million".  Using ", which clasue" or 同位语 is wrong at here because the deal occurrs first, then the result of the deal "the largest manufacturer in the office color-printing market" occurrs later.  We can fix it by using -ing/-ed or using "as part of a deal ..".
Original meaning, "purchase of the color-printing division of a rival company for $950 million" is part of deal; that deal will do sth.

(A) million, which is part of a deal that will make { $950 million is part of deal (a little bit awkard); that deal will do sth}

(B) million, a part of a deal that makes  {$950 million is the deal (a little bit awkard) and part of that deal will do sth}

(C) million, part of a deal making    {$950 million is part of deal (a little bit awkard); that deal will do sth}

(D) million as a part of a deal to make  ( $950 million is part of deal; that deal will do sth; a part is wrong; )
