我看答案有的说E，有的说是A,   新东方王少华的讲解说选A, 因为BDE把 when改成了whenever,强烈语气不能随意添加，C因为把状语位置更改所以也错，因此选A，但我觉得A中"each of which" 后面应该用单数啊      请教各位NN

不是NN 重新想了一下 each of which are在google上是能搜到的 但还是不一定对 最好还是用is(A不像C用的是each one)

不过这次重新想我觉得E更好些 除了each of which的问题 A E还一个不同就是when的位置了

E的逻辑关系是whenever an active tooth is lost or worn down. each one ready to slide into the

appropriate position

而A的逻辑关系是When an active tooth in the shark’s jaws is lost or worn down, many spare teeth lie in seemingly limitless reserve.

这样想我觉得E要更好

尽管when改成了whenever,强烈语气 但是不是说一定不能改..(有这个说法吗 请NN指点下)

Otherwise 我会觉得没一个答案好 把E改成when就美好了...然后忘记这个题...open to discuss

谢谢，我也是偏向E选项，但是后来想到强烈语气的添加或丢失在规律总结里是被当correctness处理的，所

以觉得when改成whenever实在不妥，但是A又觉得用are不对，矛盾了好久，呵呵

when 改成 whenever 到底可以吗？ 这个问题还是没有解决耶~~ 顶上去……

语义跟重要了。A的which指代明显有逻辑错误。

同意选E。

本题一开始选错了，看了半天都没有看出考点来，现在理解一些：

1)主谓一致 each of ... is...，不是are

2) each of which, which一定要注意指代，比如D就是明显指代错误

3) 是A的when和E的whenever，我一开始选的A，后来想想when用法错误，when.... many spare teeth lie ，只有当..时，many spare teeth...

而E是whenever，一旦...many spare teeth...

所以，我的问题是NN是否还有when和whenever用法的题目，这样可以多体会一下，感觉考试会有这种类型的题。
