在申请的一开始就一定要和APPLICATION PACKAGE 一起提交银行存款证明吗？如果资助人现在不方便开银行存款证明，但是在明年春季一定可以开的话跟学校解释可以等到ADMISSION DESICION做出来以后再提交存款证明吗？会不会影响申请？多谢指教：）
