Be, to be, 这两个的用法一直没有搞清，刚一看到这道题， 我就感觉很晕， 到底应该是be based 还是 to be based呢？  investment officers' fees 和 fees of investment officer, 这两个有优先的么？

这道题目的考点包括：

 

Since + 时间，主句谓语动词应该使用完成时态

Allow的用法： allow sb. to do sth. 这里allow 表示允许，allow that 后面不使用虚拟语气 ，因为这里allow表示承认

 

考点1 可以排除A B E

考点2 可以排除C 因为C后面be based on 首先不应该使用动词原形 因为allow that后面不跟虚拟语气从句，同时这里allow 表示承认 和句子的逻辑意思不符合

 

investment officers' fee 和 fees of investment officer 在GMAT中倾向于后者，但是我要说的是两个都是正确的语言表达，不能作为考试的判据

GMAT惟一不接受的是双重所有格 比方说  A of B's 这个是不接受的表达法
