一般来说,连词加逗号才能连接句子,但是不绝对化

如果不是句子并列,就不加逗号

当然,说的都是两者的并列

我理解这个D中的have只能是和sell并列的，所以有comma就不对了。

当然都对，但是此题里并没有宾语啊。所以have对等的是所谓的“宾”，而不是“谓”，它只能是那个不定式的一部分。故,没不能有comma。因为没有所谓to do, and do的形式，只能是to do and do.
