第一题：If two copying machines work simultaneously at their respective constant rates, how many copies do they produce in 5 minutes?

1.       One of the machines produces copies at the constant rate of 250 copies per minute.

2.       One of the machines produces copies at twice the constant rate of the other machine.

我觉得这道题应该是选择E, 因为从条件2里，并不能知道速度快的那一台是不是条件1里的250copies 的那一个。

所以根据1 和2将会有2个解释：

       A,    250* 5 + 125*5（分钟）

       B,    250* 5 + 500*5 ( 分钟)

故此，最终答案无法确定。  

 第2题：

Six cards numbered from 1 to 6 are placed in an empty bowl. First one card is drawn and then put back into the bowl; then a second card is drawn. If the cards are drawn at random and if the sum of the numbers on the cards is 8, what is the probability that one of the two cards drawn is numbered 5?

A.    1/6

B.    1/5

C.    1/3

D.    2/5

E.    2/3

答案是D, 但是我的数学太菜了，请指教此题公式。

第一题我觉得你想的没错啊.应该选E

第二题的意思是取出两组数来和为8,而其中有一张是5的概率是多少?

其中一张是5,那么分子就是有两种情况,分别为5,3 和3,5

而分母为所以和为8的情况,一共有5种,分别为2,6; 3,5; 4,4; 5,3; 6,2

所以概率为2/5
