The program is only available under Plan B (without thesis). 这个

plan B和别的plan有什么区别啊？？？含金量要低些么？？

Hey there!  MSU is a great program, and one that is well respected across the US in America. The challenge is that beyond the Midwest (and in other countries especially) you will not get much mileage out of this program.  It is mostly known as a local school here in the US…  Hope this helps, and good luck!
