答案选择的是B，但是A为什么不正确呢？题干的结论似乎是Exports of United States wood pulp will rise considerably during this year.如果A没有发生，即Factory output of paper products in Japan and Western Europe不会大幅度增加，也就是说工厂不需要这么多浆，那美国的出口怎么会大幅度增加呢即使便宜了？

我个人认为，这题目是要表明因为变的便宜了，所以出口的多了，前提是纸张满足质量问题，否则即使便宜也不会增大需求的。至于A项，我是这样理解的，即使工厂不会增加产量，也会因为美国的纸张便宜而增加从美国进口的数量，这可以通过减少从其他地方进口来实现。比如，以前从美国进口30，其他地方进口70，现在因为纸张便宜，从美国进口70，其他国家进口30，总产量没变，但是从美国的进口增加了。
