这里所有的localized都是被动的意思

只不过在选项中充当的成分不一样

有的是main verb的被动语态

有的是VED作为限定性的noun modifier，但是也可理解为被动

这题没有主动被动之分。。。

localize修饰的是functions，显然functions不可能自己去localize，需要一个动作的发起者吧，只能用被动语态～～～
