面试问题整理
1.       Introduce yourself.

2.       Go through resume
       Why XXX industry? Why are you interested in XXX industry?
       Why current company? Why first job? Why change jobs?
       Tell me about your current position (and some follow-up questions). What is your specialty in your current position? What are your contributions to your current employer? How did you progress within your company?
       Tell me about your detailed tasks when doing .... (a project mentioned in resume)? 讲一个项目，从项目的问题，到如何看文件（包括财务报告看哪几个方面），看完文件后做什么、后续内容等等。
       How do your boss support you? What supervisor would say about you? (strength and weakness)
       How did you persuade the management to approve your new business proposal?
       You do so many things at the same time, how do you manage your time?
       How many people under your management? How do you motivate your assistant?
3.       Most challenging part in this job? Greatest achievement? Failure?
4.       Give me an example that you face an ethical dilemma?
5.       Do you prefer work independently or in a team? Teamwork (conflicts)?
6.       How to deal with relationship of different departments during work?
7.       Any other things not on your resume you want me to know better about you?
